"First impression: the shade range is seriously good"
My first impression was honestly, “Okay, they actually have options.” I usually have such a hard time finding a shade that looks right on me, but Inglot made it way easier than I expected. It wasn’t just a bunch of light-to-dark shades either — the undertones actually made sense.
I picked up a foundation and a lipstick, and both ended up matching me better than I thought they would. It really feels like they considered different skin tones instead of just offering the usual limited range. I left happy with what I found.

"Everything was right, thankfully"
My order came exactly as I placed it, which was a relief because picking the right shades online already takes way more effort than it should. Nothing was missing or swapped out, and all the items matched what I chose. It was packed fine too. Simple order overall, but I’m happy it showed up correct.

"Love that they’re cruelty free"
I’m really happy with Inglot, mainly because they don’t test on animals, which is a big deal for me. The makeup itself is great too, and the whole buying process has always been super easy, which makes me feel even better about going back. I mostly keep repurchasing because the cruelty-free part just feels right.

"Really lasts longer than I expected"
I picked up a few things from Inglot and I’m actually really impressed with how long they wear. The eyeliner made it through my whole work day without really smudging, even after about 8 hours. The lip product held up better than most others I’ve tried too. I did have to touch it up after eating, but that’s normal. Overall, really happy with everything.

"Love the makeup, but the shipping stings"
I really like Inglot makeup, and the website was easy to shop on. But when I got to checkout, the shipping felt a bit too high for such a small order, and it made me pause. It’s frustrating because I wanted the products, but paying that much for delivery just didn’t feel worth it. I’d definitely order more often if the shipping was cheaper

"Stuff's always out"
I like the place overall, but it feels like the stuff I need is often out of stock. Restocking seems to take a while too, which can be kinda frustrating when you wre counting on grabbing something quick

"Colors came out super strong"
I grabbed a few eyeshadows from inglotcosmetics.com, the color payoff really surprised me. I didn’t have to use no crazy amount or keep layering it on, because even the lighter shades showed up nicely on my skin.
They blend out easy too, and they don’t just fade into nothing after a couple hours. I wasn’t expecting them to be this pigmented, but I’m not mad at it at all. Definitely gonna order more shades soon

"Really impressed with the shipping"

"Fairly gentle on my skin"

"Decent visit, but I expected a bit more"
I stopped in to look at lipsticks and foundation, and it was okay. I expected the experience to feel a little more helpful or exciting, but it was standard. The products did look nice and they had a good range of shades, which was a plus. The store was clean too. The only downside was that the staff seemed busy, and I had to ask twice before getting help. I ended up buying one item, and it’s fine, just not anything amazing. I’d probably go back if I happened to be nearby, but I wouldn’t make a special trip for it

"Blends super smoothly"
I’ve been using this makeup and it blends into my skin really nicely with no weird patchy spots. I tried the eyeshadow too, and even when I was rushing, it still went on easily. I don’t know for sure, but I feel like maybe the formula is just a bit smoother than others I’ve used.

"Great Makeup, Just a Little Pricey"
I picked up a few things from Inglot, mostly some eyeshadows and a gel liner, and overall I’m really happy with them. The quality is definitely there, the shadows blend smoothly, and I’m grateful the colors actually looked the same in person as they did on the website.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is because the prices are a bit higher than I’d usually spend, and one of the packages felt slightly loose. Still, I’m thankful the products themselves worked well, and I’d definitely consider ordering again.

"Payment took a couple tries"
Just a heads up for anyone ordering: my card didn’t go through on the first try, but it worked the second time without me changing anything. Not a huge deal, just a little annoying in the moment. If it happens to you, maybe give it another try before stressing.

"Perks are decent, but kind of a hassle"
The promos are nice when they actually line up with what I need, but earning points feels like it takes forever sometimes. I don’t mind loyalty programs, but it’s annoying when I have to keep checking the app, tracking offers, and figuring out what counts just to get a small reward.
